A readable website by everyone.

Mad In Event is committed to making madinevent.com accessible, in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and RGAA standards. This page states our current status, without embellishment.

State of conformity

Compliance partial, and a plan for what comes next.

The site was audited in September 2026 using automated tools (Lighthouse, Axis) and a manual review of the main pages. It is partially compliant : the automated criteria are applied to the main pages, some points still need correcting and some of the criteria have not yet been tested with a screen reader.

  • All meaningful images have a textual alternative.
  • The forms have visible labels and explicit error messages.
  • The text contrasts meet AA level (26 color pairs checked on September 21, 2026, the only faulty one has been corrected)
  • Navigation is done via keyboard, with a skip link to the content
  • Animations are disabled when the system requests it (motion reduction), and both the welcome video and the review carousel have a pause button.
  • The header, content, and footer are identified as such for screen readers.
  • The background videos are silent and contain no information.

Things to do

  • Test the main pages with VoiceOver and NVDA
  • Add subtitles to videos published on the blog when they contain information
  • Check the PDF documents (catalogs) or provide an HTML version.
  • Complete this statement after each site update.

Context: The accessibility requirement for websites stipulated in Article 47 of the Law of February 11, 2005, applies to public bodies and companies with a turnover exceeding €250 million (Decree No. 2019-768). Mad In Event is not subject to this requirement and does not sell anything online: this page represents a voluntary commitment, drafted according to the RGAA model. Updated September 21, 2026.
