Can you organize an entire season?
Yes: end-of-year celebrations, Easter, music festival, summer, ceremonies. A common thread throughout the year, a coherent program for all audiences, and a single point of contact who understands your projects, anticipates needs, and coordinates the various participants.
Do you respond to public tenders?
Yes. The agency responds to calls for tenders and consultations from local authorities, providing the required documents: technical specifications, references, certificates, and up-to-date insurance. It can also work on a simple quote basis, below the thresholds.
What does a turnkey Christmas village include?
Chalets, entertainment, characters, shows, logistics and management: a complete system, delivered and operated throughout the period, as in Marseille and La Garde.
Who is in charge of security and permits?
The agency prepares the files with your departments (prevention plan, ERP, authorizations, declarations) and coordinates on-site security with approved service providers and certified personnel.
What timeframes should be expected?
The earlier the better: companies, characters, and chalets are booked several months in advance. An initial exchange in the spring gives you a choice; in the fall, we tell you frankly what is still possible.
