How long does it take to organize a seminar?
It depends on the number of participants and the location. The further in the future the date, the wider the choice of venues and speakers. The initial twenty-minute discussion will determine what is realistic for your date and suggest an alternative if it isn't.
Do you need to already have a location?
No. Finding the venue is part of the job: hotel, estate, ski resort, beach, plenary hall, in the Var, the PACA region, or elsewhere in France. If you already have the venue, the agency will adapt and bring its technical teams.
Is team building included in the seminar?
Yes. It is structured around a program that includes Olympic-style games, workshops, team challenges, and outdoor or indoor activities, tailored to the seminar's objective and the number of participants. It can also be offered as a standalone, one-day event.
Who is responsible for accommodation, transport and meals?
The agency can handle bookings, transfer plans, catering, itineraries, and on-site reception if you wish. You'll have a single point of contact and a comprehensive budget.
How is the budget established?
