The data collected and why

1. Your requests (Contact form, offer page briefs, callback requests)

Data : name, first name (optional), email, telephone (optional, except to be called back), organization (optional), the content of your request (type of event, date, location, number of people, indicative budget, message), the date of sending and the page from which you are writing.
For what : to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and call you back if you have requested it.
Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and the agency's legitimate interest in responding to requests.
Duration : the time to process the request, then three years from the last exchange with you, unless a contractual relationship is established (the data then follows the legal duration of commercial documents).
Recipients The Mad In Event team. Messages arrive in the agency's inbox, hosted in France by Buzzee France. The website does not keep any copies of submitted forms.
What the site does not collect Your IP address and browser are not attached to the forms.

2. Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), only if you agree to it

After you agree in the consent banner, Google Analytics measures website traffic: page views, duration, device type, country, source of the visit, and a random identifier stored in a cookie. The IP address is anonymized. Legal basis : your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (link "Manage my cookies" at the bottom of the page). Duration : the cookie and your choice expire after six months. RECIPIENT Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, a company certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Nothing is sent to Google without your consent.

3. Google Maps (Contact page), only if you agree to it.

By default, the Contact page displays a map as an image, without using Google. If you choose to display the interactive map, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Legal basis : your consent.

4. Hosting provider technical logs

Like any website, the pages viewed, the time and the IP address are recorded by the server of the hosting provider IONOS for the security and proper functioning of the site, under the conditions and for the duration provided for by law. Legal basis : legitimate interest (security) and legal obligations of the hosting provider.

5. Proof of your cookie preferences

When you respond to the banner, the site records the date, your choice service by service and a random identifier specific to your browser, without an IP address. For what : the ability to prove that consent was obtained. Duration twelve months.

6. Google reviews displayed on the site

The site reproduces reviews published publicly on the agency's Google listing (first name, last name or pseudonym, text, date). Legal basis : legitimate interest in presenting genuine customer feedback. If you are the author of a review and wish to have it removed from the site, please write to us: it will be removed.

7. Newsletter

Data : your email address, the date and page of registration, the text you accepted, a confirmation token. For what : send you the agency's newsletter (a few times a year). Legal basis : your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box at the time of registration (the text of the box, the date and the page are kept as proof). Duration until you unsubscribe (link in each message), then the address is kept only to stop writing to you. Or : in the site's database, at IONOS; no transmission to third parties. Registrations collected by the previous version of the site are no longer stored on the site.
